European & Africanized Honeybee Removal
If you have a colony of Africanized/European honey bees, don’t try to eliminate them yourself, call a professional. There are many similarities amongst the two types of bees, but it is impossible to tell the difference with the naked eye.
A few similarities include appearance, type of venom, and pollination of flowers to produce honey and wax. They differ mostly in behavior. For example, the Africanized honeybee will respond quicker to smaller disturbances, protect in larger numbers and will travel greater distances to defend their home.
